Local news is produced in-house and generally follows a National / International bulletin of three minutes duration

Automated Programming - Bridge FM shares broadcast facilities with sister stations allowing presenters to present programmes on more than one radio station. Normally, our breakfast programming is live and all weekday peak time programming between 6am and 6pm is either presented live or pre-recorded a short time in advance.

How To Complain

Any complaints made are logged immediately with an acknowledgement receipt issued to the complainant within 24 hours.  Complaints are handled by a Senior Company Manager. We will aim to resolve any complaint within 10 working days. If under any circumstances a solution to the complaint can not be agreed, a further complaint can be made with Ofcom.
